Honey Bee Education Presentations
Do you want a presentation on anything Honey Bee? Bee biology? Environmental impact? Bio mimicry? The importance of the bee? We can tailor a presentation to meet the needs / requests of your particular group. Let us know how we can help and we are happy to send a quote!
Cut Outs/Trap Outs
Contact us if you happen to find bees that made residence in your walls, in a tree in your yard, or in your shed. As they are living beings, they give off moisture that actually can damage the wood over time. Do not kill them, instead contact us for removal!
Hive Tours
Hive tours are available by appointment. We are happy to give a guided tour to get a close up look at how bees function and learn bee basics. We do ask for a donation of $15 per adult and $10 per child. Donations help us fund food and treatments for the bees. Contact us to establish an appointment.
Honey and Wax
Locally made honey from Treasure Valley flowers is available for purchase. This honey is double filtered and never heated so to keep the vital nutrients and anti-oxidants intact.
Filtered wax is available but in limited supply. Contact us for availability and price.
Bee Swarm Removal
If you happen to see a ball of bees in your yard, that is a swarm looking for a new home. Contact me immediately to ensure it is given a good home before it ends up in a more perilous place (for the bees and for people). Click HERE for more information.
